1990- Dick Johnson bought out his partner at C&J and became a ESOP company. (Stock ownership plan.)
1993- Steve Grissom won the NASCAR Busch Grant National Sereies Championship while driving the CHANNELLOCK #31

1994- Acutec starts in business
1994- C&J became the first plastic injection molding company and tool maker to recieve ISO 9001 from Underwriter Laboratories
1995-Sammy Swindell won his third World of Outlaws Championship in a Channellock Blue Sprint Car
1996-Acutec opens up location in Saegertown, PA
1998-C&J went on to expand significantly and began to offer Product Design and Development services to customers. The Honeywell whole-room air purifier was the first product design to hit the market in the mid 90s.
1998-Lucent Technologies selected CJ as their primary contract manufacturing company for fiber optic assemblies.
